this therapist-facing directory was built to serve the needs of the WA therapist community!
Here is what the directory provides:
A regularly updated directory of local mental health providers that is searchable based on specific and relevant information
An up-to-date source for listing and searching therapeutic groups
A way to keep your caseload filled with referrals from other therapists
A way for you to ethically and confidently refer clients to other therapists and groups
How is this different than Psychology Today?
Therapist facing: the directory will only be available to therapists
Updated monthly: therapists who do not have openings will not be actively listed, cutting down on dead-end referrals
Searchable through nuanced and relevant categories: filter your search with categories such as sliding scale slots, therapist intersectionality and time of day openings
How is this different than Therapist Facebook groups?
No need for social media: no notifications or comments to manage
Cut down the noise: you can search for what you want without having to filter through comments
Cost
Therapists will be able to search the directory (for therapist openings and groups) for free, and will simply have to create a profile
Therapists listing practice availability will pay $5.00/month to keep their profile active
Therapists listing groups will pay a flat fee of $10.00/group
